Return & Refund Policy
Return Time Frame
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Return Conditions
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for your return. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund is granted:
- If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- If an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
We will inspect your return and notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 working days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@klemory.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, please email support@klemory.com
Returning Gifts
If the item was a gift sent directly to you and marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
Please contact us at support@klemory.com for return instructions. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. No refunds or exchanges are possible after 30 days.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping, but return shipping costs are not refunded. You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
